The Matt Talbot Home is a transitional living facility that aides to the recovery of men suffering from alcoholism and/or drug addiction. The Talbot Home helps men secure housing while allowing them the opportunity to better their economic status. Our organization starts at the very core of recovery, we teach these men how to change their old way of thinking, we instill in them optimistic and productive thoughts. We know that recovery starts with the mind; in order to recover thoroughly meant our thinking patterns must change. We give our clients the structure and tools needed to make the recovery process successful. Through this program, they become self-sufficient, giving a newfound confidence that encourages them to press on in their sobriety.
The Matt Talbot Home requires that all men who enter this program may pay room and board. This helps the men learn to take on responsibility. This also helps the men become financially independent.
The people of The Matt Talbot Home pride ourselvers in servine these men in need. We know that our efforts help change lives for the better.
